How I self-manage ten Airbnb properties without living in the same city & how I automate my business

I think the number one question I get asked about my short-term rental investment properties is how I manage them from afar. I might seem like a complicated thing to coordinate on the surface level, but once you’ve dialed in your systems and automation, your Airbnb business can function as a well-oiled passive income machine.

From a weekly standpoint, I’d say I probably spend 3-5 hours managing all ten of my rental properties. Through empowering cleaners, having a roster of contractors and handymen, automatic messaging and dynamic pricing tools, I’m able to run my vacation rental business on autopilot. I’m less in the weeds these days and more an observer from a bird’s eye view.
